Inter want to have the future of Marcelo Brozovic decided upon by the end of 2021 so they can focus on a future with or without the Croatian, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter want to know if Marcelo Brozovic is leaving the club or not by the time the January transfer window comes around.

This way they will know to start making plans for his replacement. It is not impossible that he could leave the club in January but there is unlikely to be a team willing to pay a transfer fee when they can sign him for free in the summer instead.

It appears that the club have given the Croatian and his entourage an ultimatum. They either negotiate and come to an agreement in the next two months, or he leaves the club in the summer.
