Bosnia national team coach Ivaylo Petev kept his cards close to his chest when asked about the physical condition of Inter striker Edin Dzeko, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by FCInternews, Ivaylo Petev discussed the Inter striker’s fitness during his pre-match press conference ahead of the Bosnia match against Finland.

He suggested that the player will be evaluated in training one more time before a decision is taken on his selection.

“Dzeko will take part in training tomorrow, then we’ll see if he’s ready or not”.

Edin Dzeko suffered a muscular issue during Inter’s 1-1 draw with AC Milan on Sunday evening and it left many Inter fans concerned that he may be facing a spell on the sidelines.

Now the anxiety of the fans and of Inter boss Simone Inzaghi revolves around how much football Edin Dzeko is made to play whilst he is on international duty with Bosnia. He is the most important player in the Bosnia side.
