Napoli coach Luciano Spalletti has one main selection decision to make ahead of the clash with Inter this evening, according to a report in the Italian media.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the majority of the Napoli starting eleven picks itself as the team has been in good form and there are almost no injuries for the coach to contend with.
That means that David Ospina will start in goal with Mario Rui and Giovanni Di Lorenzo as full backs and Kalidou Koulibaly and Amir Rrahmani in the middle.
The usual midfield of Fabian Ruiz, Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa, and Piotr Zielinski will be behind Victor Osimhen and Lorenzo Insigne on the left.
Luciano Spalletti must decide who he wants on the right of that attacking trio. The choice is between Elif Elmas and Hirving Lozano. It is reported that the Macedonian winger is more likely to start.
