Inter coach Simone Inzaghi is having to think about Wednesday’s match against Shakhtar Donetsk as he chooses his starting eleven for the test against Napoli tonight, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Inter boss will be balancing his squad carefully given the injuries already within the squad and the importance of the two matches.

This is why it may be Joaquin Correa starting in the attack with Lautaro Martinez rather than Edin Dzeko, who still may be injured following the Derby della Madonnina.

Hakan Calhanoglu is reportedly ahead of Arturo Vidal in the race to start the vital Serie A fixture against Napoli, but that will almost certainly mean that the Chilean will be involved from the first minute against Shakhtar Donetsk.

Andrea Ranocchia is expected to replace the injured Stefan de Vrij at the back against Napoli.
