Intr are putting the wheels in motion to give Simone Inzaghi a more balanced Inter squad for the 2022/23 campaign, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, Inter sporting CEO Beppe Marotta explained after the Napoli match that the club are always on the lookout for favourable opportunities in the market such as free transfers.

The favourable situations that the club are exploring involve Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana, Napoli forward Lorenzo Insigne, Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger and Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Denis Zakaria.

There will be a lot of competition for all of these players but the club feel they have a chance of acquiring their services to plug holes in the squad.

Matthias Ginter and Filip Kostic from the Bundesliga both represent an opportunity for a cheaper than average transfer. The name of Porto winger Jesus Corona has also been mentioned.
