Simone Inzaghi is expected to rotate his squad heavily for the match against Venezia on Saturday evening with Federico Dimarco and Denzel Dumfries involved from the start, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported today by the Roman newspaper Corriere dello Sport, the full-back positions will see a change against Venezia with Denzel Dumfries coming in for Matteo Darmian who has an ankle issue and Federico Dimarco also starting.

Nicolo Barella may also be given a much needed rest which would mean a start for Chilean midfielder Arturo Vidal.

Alexis Sanchez could make the bench despite his injury suffered whilst with Chile as he is recovering faster than expected.

Dutch defender Stefan de Vrij will not recover in time for the trip to Venezia and Joaquin Correa is expected to start up front in place of Lautaro Martinez. He will be alongside Edin Dzeko.
