Inter defender Andrea Ranocchia has referenced the team’s long wait to reach the Champions League knockout stages in his latest Instagram post.

Sharing a picture of the team celebrating in front of the Inter home fans after the win over Shakhtar Donetsk on Wednesday night, Andrea Ranocchia said: “10 years later…” as the caption for his post.

The Italian defender has taken the place of the injured Stefan de Vrij in the past two Inter matches.
