Inter are set to play their Serie A match against Spezia this evening at the San Siro in front of around 30,000 fans.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the ticket sales for the fixture are for around 30,000 seats being sold to watch the Nerazzurri go in search of their third Serie A win on the bounce.

Stadiums in Serie A are still not permitted to sell out to full capacity, with Italian regulations still restricting stadiums to 75% fullness due to concerns around the pandemic.

However, the presence of fans in stadiums has nevertheless been a big help to teams throughout the season, with the Nerazzurri in particular benefiting from the atmosphere of fans in the San Siro.

This evening the crowd will not be close to a full house under the regulations as a number of recent home fixtures have been for Inter, but it will still boast a significant crowd.
