Bologna Midfielder Nicolas Dominguez: “Inter’s Barella & Brozovic Toughest Opponents I’ve Faced In Serie A”

Bologna midfielder Nicolas Dominguez has singled out Inter’s Nicolo Barella and Marcelo Brozovic as the two best players he’s had to face in Serie A.
Speaking to the AM insert in today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, the Argentine named the Nerazzurri duo as the players who have most impressed him when sharing the pitch on the opposite side of a match.
Inter left no doubt as to their superiority when they hosted Bologna at the San Siro, with the Rossoblu being defeated 6-1 by an emphatic Nerazzurri performance.
The Nerazzurri’s midfield was among the keys to their win over the Emilian side, with the Bologna midfielders unable to cope with the quality and tactical organization shown by the Nerazzurri centrally.
Dominguez feels that of the players he has been in a midfield battle with in the Italian top flight, it is Barella and Brozovic who are the most formidable.
“I was struck by how strong Barella and Brozovic were even more up close when we played against each other,” he stated, naming them as his toughest opponents in Serie A.
