With Denzel Dumfries’s goal against Roma to seal a 3-0 win yesterday evening, Inter have now scored through fourteen different players in Serie A.

This is highlighted in today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who note that this number rises to seventeen in all competitions when scorers in the Champions League are considered.

The Nerazzurri have been a very formidable attacking unit so far this campaign, but it has been notable that they are not overly reliant on any one individual as a source of goals.

Top scorer Edin Dzeko was on the scoersheet yet again to help guide his current team to an emphatic victory over his former one, but fellow summer signing Denzel Dumfries was as well.

The Dutchman’s header was the first time that he has found the back of the net since arriving from PSV in the summer, showing just how many sources of goal are present in this team.

Meanwhile, Tuttosport also note another significant milestone reached with the win – the Nerazzurri have equalled a club record set between 1950 and 1951 by scoring in eighteen consecutive away games in the Italian top flight.
