Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi has been settling in well in Milan after making the switch to Inter from Lazio during the summer.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report on the 45-year-old’s adaptations to life in a new city since moving from Rome a few months ago.

Inzaghi’s move to Inter from the Biancocelesti was quite sudden, with the Nerazzurri having convinced the Italian tactician to come in as the replacement for Antonio Conte before he agreed a new deal in the Italian capital.

The coach has taken a large apartment in the Corso Garibaldi neighbourhood, where he is settling in with his family and where he is sometimes recognized and asked for selfies or autographs but not excessively.

Inzaghi’s trusted assistant coach Massimiliano Faris is from Milan and their friendship has made adjustment to life in the city easier for him.

The coach meets with a number of friends from football regularly, including the likes of Massimo Oddo, Ignazio Abate, Massimo Ambrosini, and Christian Vieri, as well as his brother Filippo and his father.
