Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti feels that his team’s Champions League clash with Inter tomorrow will be a high-quality encounter and important for both teams.

Speaking in a press conference ahead of the match, as reported by FCInterNews, the Italian tactician emphasized that both teams will treat the match as a significant one in spite of both having wrapped up qualification for the knockout rounds already.

Inter travel to the Bernabeu to face a team who they have already met on the first matchday of this season’s group stage, having lost 1-0 to the Merengues at the San Siro in frustrating fashion.

The Spanish league leaders are one point ahead of the Nerazzurri in the group, meaning that a win for Inter would see them finish top of the group while a loss or a draw would favour the side from the Spanish capital.

At any rate Ancelotti feels that it will be a special occasion, stating that “”It is a prestigious match for us, we face an Inter team who are playing great football and in good form.”

“We are playing for first in the group, in front of our fans,” he went on. “Those are the main reasons why tomorrow’s match will be interesting.”

On Inter midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, he stated that “”Brozovic is one of the key players for Inter, but he is not the only one. They are a team that move well with and without the ball, and in this sense Brozovic is very important.”
