Inter have learned their opponents for the Champions League round of sixteen, and will face Liverpool.
The Nerazzurri learned their opponents for the first stage of the knockout rounds in the official UEFA round of sixteen draw in Nyon broadcast moments ago on their official site.
Inter qualified for the Champions League knockout rounds for the first time in a decade, and did so second in their group behind Real Madrid so they knew they would face a team who topped their group.
Liverpool qualified top of their group meanwhile and look to be highly formidable opposition, having won all six of their group stage clashes.
The Nerazzurri have avoided the likes of Bayern Munich, Ajax, and Manchester City with the draw, but they will have to come up against a team considered to be one of the form sides in Europe.
The first leg of the round of sixteen will take place in mid-February, while the second leg will take place in mid-March.
