Former Inter striker Christian Vieri believes that this Nerazzurri side have great quality all over the pitch.
Speaking on his Twitch channel, as reported by FCInterNews, Vieri highlighted the level of players who this Inter squad can boast in all positions.
The Nerazzurri have been in excellent form over the past few weeks and have established themselves as favourites to defend their Scudetto crown from last campaign.
Their performances have gotten more and more confident over the course of the season, and it is notable watching that there seems to be little about them that opponents can exploit.
Centrally and in wide areas, in defense and in attack, the Nerazzurri always seem to manage to put out an eleven which keeps them competitive and in control all over the pitch and in every phase of the game.
Vieri has noticed this about the team in addition to their overall level of quality, stating that “Yesterday I was at the stadium for Inter’s match against Cagliari and in the 35th minute I told my friend ‘let’s go home.'”
“It was 1-0, with fifteen shots on goal and then I went for pizza,” he added. “Inter are devastating in every position, they have phenomenal players who are playing great football.”
“And it must be said that Inzaghi has come upon a team ready to win,” he added, “who had won the Scudetto under Conte last season.”
