Inter could look to sign Sassuolo midfielder Davide Frattesi by including a player in exchange as part of a player-plus-cash offer to the Neroverdi.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri are considering such a player-plus-cash exchange in order to beat out the competition of other interested clubs for the midfielder.

Frattesi has emerged as a targets for the Nerazzurri with his displays for the Neroverdi this season, becoming a regular starter for the Emilian club.

However, Inter are not the only club considering a move for the 22-year-old, and the Neroverdi are not likely to allow him to leave the club for cheap.

Sassuolo could be amendable to a deal involving a player going the other way, however, and the Nerazzurri are ready to sound out the Emilian club on a possible deal of this nature to get the signing of Frattesi wrapped up.
