Inter have enjoyed a highly prolific attack this season, and a key to this has been their ability to find the back of the net in so many different ways.

This is highlighted in today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who note the attacking versatility of this Nerazzurri side.

Against Salernitana yesterday, Inter dominated possession with two thirds of the ball, and they opened the scoring with Ivan Perisic’s header from a corner.

Goals from set pieces have been one way that the Nerazzurri have been able to make their pressure tell this season, but far from the only way.

The team can build up attacks methodically or launch incisive counters to open up opponents, and their four goals from open play in Salerno yesterday demonstrated the full range of what this Nerazzurri side can do.

Inter will hope that they can keep this attacking momentum up through the rest of the season, and key to doing so will be to continue to make themselves unpredictable with how they choose to get on the scoresheet.
