Inter midfielder Arturo Vidal is a transfer target for Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur, with former Nerazzurri coach Antonio Conte seeking a reunion with him.

This according to Chilean news outlet La Tercera, who report that the former Inter boss wants to bring the 34-year-old to London having also been coach at the Nerazzurri when he joined.

Conte had enjoyed three successful seasons working with Vidal while the pair were together at Juventus, and the coach remained an admirer of the Chilean even while their paths diverged.

The Italian tactician had tried to bring the midfielder to Chelsea while he was with the Blues, and then he did managed to reunite with him while at Inter, signing him in the summer of 2020 from Barcelona.

Conte departed from Inter over the last summer, while Vidal has remained in the team this season, but he could still be a target for the coach who has now taken over at Tottenham.
