The agent of Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana is expected in Milan tomorrow where he will finalize the signing of the Cameroonian by Inter for next season.
This according to Italian news outlet L’Interista, who report that despite rumours linking the 25-year-old to Barcelona recently, he is ready to commit his future to Inter soon.
The Nerazzurri have reportedly been advanced talks with signing Onana as the long-term replacement for Samir Handanovic in goal in recent weeks.
The club have not been able to make the player’s signing official up to this point, but they will do so when they are able to, with the agent’s visit tomorrow representing a final step to get things ready to secure him on a free transfer.
Onana’s current deal with the Dutch champions is set to run out at the end of June 2022 and he has stated that he has no plans of signing an extension.
