Many teams have been linked with the 24-year-old as he is a talented defender who is thought to be keen to make the step up to a bigger club in Europe where he could feature in European competition and win trophies.
His performance will have pleased onlookers as he kept Inter’s highly impressive attacking players under wraps for most of the match, with the game ending 1-0 to Inter thanks to Denzel Dumfries’s first half goal.
