Inter defender Denzel Dumfries has been praised by multiple Italian newspapers for his performance against Torino on Wednesday night, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by L’Interista today, the Dutch wing back was given seven out of 10 for his performance by multiple newspapers such as La Gazzetta dello Sport, Corriere dello Sport, Tuttomercatoweb, Tuttosport, and L’Interista.

This is primarily due to the fact that he scored the only goal of the game in the first half which ultimately meant that Inter will head into Christmas four points clear of their city rivals AC Milan.

His attacking play is not all that’s impressive to the onlookers though, he also looked very assured in defence and he also played some accurate long range passing that suggests there is even more to the former PSV Eindhoven wing back’s game than many had initially realised when he signed.
