Inter have rejected an advancement from Juventus for Uruguayan midfielder Matias Vecino who is keen to move away from the club, according to a report in the Italian print media.

As has been reported by La Repubblica today, the Bianconeri have made a proposal to the Nerazzurri about the South American midfielder but Inter sporting CEO Beppe Marotta has no interest in letting the player join a direct rival of the club.

That being said, the Uruguayan is certainly ready to leave the club as soon as possible as he is getting very little playing time under Simone Inzaghi this season.

Other clubs are keen on the player but he may have to hold out until the end of the season if he is going to get the kind of move he would like to a La Liga side or a Premier League team.

Stefano Sensi and Alexis Sanchez are also possible departures.
