Italian journalist Riccardo Trevisani has discussed the fact that Inter appears to keep getting stronger and stronger, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media.

Speaking whilst on Tutti Convocati, via FCInter1908, Riccardo Trevisani explained that Inter are continuing to improve and that their opponents are beginning to have no answer for their qualities.

“We see an ever stronger Inter: the opponents on the pitch are resigned to not being comfortable, the opponents who fight against Inter lose psychological strength. Inter’s strength becomes the weakness of the others.”

Riccardo Trevisani then decided to pinpoint exactly which qualities of this current Inter team can be related to the previous coach Antonio Conte and which qualities come from Simone Inzaghi now that he is in charge.

The journalist decided that there is a mentality within the team that is very typical of players that have played under Antonio Conte, but the calmness of Simone Inzaghi has actually gotten more quality out of the players.

“Conte has given mentality and victory to a team that did not have that pedigree in any player, including Lukaku. Inzaghi with serenity and the right messages gave her a greater quality.

“Conte may be less sympathetic to players, but one thing is to take the seventh team and make it first, another is finding a team in first and keeping it going.”

Inter have ended the calendar sitting top of Serie A with a four point lead over their city rivals AC Milan.
