Inter are ready to allow midfielder Stefano Sensi to depart on loan during the January transfer window, but will not sell him permanently.

This according to Italian news outlet Calciomercato.com, who report that finding regular playing time for the 26-year-old is a priority but that the Nerazzurri are not willing to let him leave on a permanent basis.

Sensi has found his playing time this season limited both by injury and by the number of midfielders also at the club even when he is fit.

As such, the club are now hoping to find a new club for him for the second half of the season where he can start regularly and play his way back into form, according to the report.

However, selling Sensi outright does not look to be a consideration for the Nerazzurri in January, with the club still hoping to keep hold of the midfielder’s contract going forward.
