Inter are working towards the signings of striker Gianluca Scamacca and midfielder Davide Frattesi from Sassuolo.

This according to Italian news outlet L’Interista, who report that the Nerazzurri’s interest in Scamacca in particular has firmed up while Frattesi remains one of their main midfield targets.

Frattesi’s form for the Neroverdi this season has brought him to the attention of a number of clubs, with Inter one of the teams following him most closely as they consider a new-look midfield with departures expected in the summer.

The 22-year-old is likely to be attainable for the Nerazzurri, though finding an agreement with the Neroverdi for Scamacca could prove to be more difficult.

Scamacca is also a target for a number of clubs, with Fiorentina in particular serious about moving for him next summer, and Juventus are also closely tracking him.

The 22-year-old striker’s value has risen to €35-40 million this campaign on the strength of his recent performances, although the Nerazzurri are increasingly serious about winning the race for his signature.
