Inter midfielder Stefano Sensi could be allowed to leave the club on a loan deal during the January transfer window.

This according to Italian news outlet Calciomercato.com, who report that the 26-year-old could go on loan next month in search of a club where he could get regular playing time.

Sensi has featured for Inter at times this season, but so far has mostly been restricted to appearances from the bench.

The 26-year-old’s injury struggles have continued and caused him to miss periods through recovery, but in addition to this has has also not been one of the first-choice central midfielders.

For this reason, the Nerazzurri could allow Sensi to depart on loan in January so that he can find a club at which to play regular minutes when fit.

It remains to be seen which clubs would be interested in bringing Sensi in over the second half of the campaign, with Fiorentina having been his major suitors over the summer.
