Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi has already given his players instructions to start personalized exercises ahead of their return to training on Thursday.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the coach wants the squad to be physically fit when they return to training to prepare for the upcoming matches.

Inzaghi has given the team a winter break until December 30, with the players granted holidays and time with their families over Christmas before they are expected back in training.

However, while the players will have a few more days in which to recover their mental and emotional energy while on their breaks, they have been asked to begin physical exercises while on holiday to keep their levels up for the start of training.

Meanwhile, Joaquin Correa is expected to be back from his injury by the time training resumes, and Inzaghi should have all his players ready to go.
