Inter are leaving the decision about the future of midfielder Stefano Sensi in the player’s hands.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri will let the 26-year-old decide whether to stay in January or go away on loan.

Sensi has found limited playing time this season, due both to injury and to the wealth of other midfield options in the squad.

The club are ready to let the midfielder depart on loan during the January transfer window in search of more playing time so that he can find form and consistency.

However, should the 26-year-old wish to stay and fight for his place in the Nerazzurri first team and fight for his place then he will not be sent away next month.

It remains to be seen what options are before Sensi for a possible loan club and whether he ultimately decides to stay or leave on loan.
