Inter are only likely to move for new signings in the January transfer window should one of Matias Vecino or Aleksandar Kolarov leave the club.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri will look to replace either player should they be on their way out but not make new additions otherwise.

Both Vecino and Kolarov have largely been on the fringes of the Nerazzurri’s team so far this season, and could be allowed to leave in January.

A transfer fee would not likely come in for either Vecino or Kolarov, though the club would have space in the wage bill and could move for replacements on a dry loan to take either player’s place in the squad.

Should Vecino leave, then the Nerazzurri could resume their pursuit of Cagliari midfielder Nahitan Nandez to take his place in the team next month.
