Flamengo are interested in bringing in on-loan Inter defender Dalbert who could cut his loan spell with Cagliari short during the January transfer window.
This according to today’s print edition of Cagliari-based newspaper La Nuova Sardegna, who report that the 28-year-old could be on his way out from the Rossoblu and that Flamengo could sign him.
Dalbert made the switch to Cagliari on loan over the summer, but the Sardinian side have not enjoyed a positive first half of the campaign, sitting in the relegation zone in the table.
The Brazilian’s form has been mixed, and a termination of his loan with Cagliari is not off the table, though it remains to be seen if this will be the case.
Should Dalbert cut his loan at Cagliari short, then Flamengo look to be the club tracking him most strongly, and could look to move for him during the January transfer window.
