Hellas Verona will not allow midfielder Antonin Barak leave the club in January amid links to Inter and a number of other clubs.

This according to today’s print edition of Verona-based newspaper L’Arena, who report that the Czech midfielder will stay with the Gialloblu until at least the end of the season.

Barak’s form this season has attracted the interest of the Nerazzurri as well as AC Milan and Atalanta in Serie A, and Premier League side West Ham United.

The Gialloblu are valuing the 27-year-old at around €20 million, and Inter are weighing up a future move to shore up their options in attacking midfield.

However, Verona have no need to sell the player in January, and so the clubs interested in his signature will certainly have to wait until the summer transfer window before they can make a move for the Czech player, though he could well be on his way then.
