Inter have made Torino defender Bremer a major target in the coming transfer windows, and are ready to include players going the other way as part of an offer for him.

This according to Italian news outlet Calciomercato.com, who report that the Nerazzurri could include Zinho Vanheusden, Andrea Pinamonti, or Martin Satriano as part of a player-plus-cash offer for the Brazilian.

Bremer’s form this season has marked him out as a major target for the Nerazzurri, who are considering the 24-year-old as one of their priority options to refresh their defense.

The defender wouldn’t necessarily come cheap, but Inter are considering ways to meet the Granata’s valuation for him by including a player as part of an offer.

Vanheusden would be a like-for-like replacement who would allow Torino to immediately move on from the Brazilian in their backline, while the likes of Pinamonti and Satriano would be forward options who could allow them to move on should Andrea Belotti depart.
