Inter could make a surprise move for Sassuolo forward Filip Djuricic to act as a backup to the main strikers next season, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, Inter are making plans for the eventual departure of Alexis Sanchez who provides good cover for Lautaro Martinez and Edin Dzeko but looks set to leave the club in the near future.
One surprise option which highlights how much value Inter see in the free transfer market is Serbian forward Filip Djuricic who will be out of contract at Sassuolo in June 2022 and would seemingly be open to the move.
No talks have taken place with the player as of yet and he is on of a long list of players that Inter could make a move for to fill that part of the squad once the summer window comes around.
