Argentine forward Joaquin Correa has returned from injury and will be available to face Bologna in January, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the forward has been absent for around a month due to an injury he sustained against AS Roma at the beginning of December during the 3-0 victory at the Stadio Olimpico.

Hakan Calhanoglu will be missing for that match because he will be serving a one match suspension after picking up too many yellow cards.

Besides him, Simone Inzaghi should have a full squad available as long as no one contracts COVID-19 in the week leading up to the fixture.

More protocols are being brought into place at Appiano Gentile in order to limit cases such as making the players eat and get changed in separate rooms from each other and limiting the amount of close contact training.
