Inter have already secured the signing of Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana on a free transfer next summer.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that even though he has not yet signed his contract with the club, the agreement with the Cameroonian is fully in place.

Onana has been the Nerazzurri’s major target to replace captain Samir Handanovic in goal on a long term basis for some time, and the club have long been close to an agreement with the 25-year-old.

There has been an understanding between the parties for some months, and Inter already have an agreement and will sign the Cameroonian for next summer when they are able to.

Onana’s current deal with the Dutch champions is set to run out at the end of June, and he has already announced that he has no plans to extend his contract with the Dutch champions.
