Inter will move on to contract extension talks with defender Milan Skriniar and Stefan de Vrij once they have wrapped up an agreement with Marcelo Brozovic.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that the two key members of the Nerazzurri backline are next on the agenda following a renewal with the Croat.

Extending Brozovic’s contract has been a major priority for the Nerazzurri given that the 29-year-old’s current deal is set to expire at the end of June.

However, the talks have progressed quite a bit with the midfielder over the past several weeks, and the club are now planning on their next move after those talks have concluded.

Skriniar and de Vrij each see their current deals run out at the end of June 2023, and the club are hoping that they can find agreements with both and secure their futures beyond the end of next season.
