All of the South American players in Inter’s squad have now returned to full training ahead of Thursday’s Serie A clash with Bologna.

This is confirmed by the club in a tweet from their official account, where they show Arturo Vidal, Alexis Sanchez, Lautaro Martinez, Joaquin Correa, and Matias Vecino all back in training.

With these five players, Inter now have their entire squad available to them in training ahead of their first match back in the new year, apart from Edin Dzeko, Martin Satriano, and Alex Cordaz who all tested positive for COVID.

The Nerazzurri squad had to wait several days to convene all together as many of the players trained individually or in small groups due to precautions against the spread of COVID.

However, now coach Simone Inzaghi can call upon all of his players in normal training ahead of their away trip to face Bologna on Thursday.
