Inter could make a place for striker Andrea Pinamonti in their squad next season given his form on loan at Empoli this campaign.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the 22-year-old’s performances with the newly-promoted Tuscan side is causing the Nerazzurri to consider a return for him.

Pinamonti’s current deal with the Nerazzurri runs until the end of June 2024, and sees him earn wages of €1.8 million net per season.

The striker had not managed to be a significant part of the team last season and went on loan in search of more playing time, but his performances with Empoli have proven that he can play at a high level in Serie A.

The Nerazzurri are considering the future of the striker, who could now have a market with a number of clubs, but also would be an option to reinforce the attack at the Giuseppe Meazza for seasons to come.
