Inter target Lucas Digne looks all set for a departure from Everton during the January transfer window with replacements secured.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Toffees will let the Frenchman leave once they reinforce the full-back position.

Digne has been out of favour at Everton since falling out with head coach Rafa Benitez, and the club have already signed left-back Vitaliy Mykolenko from Dynamo Kiev this month to shore up the left-back position in anticipation of his leaving the club.

Further full-back depth appears to be on the way with the Toffees close to a move for Rangers right-back Nathan Patterson.

Everton are close to clearing the way for Digne to leave the club by signing full-back options during the January transfer window, and Inter could move for the 28-year-old soon with the Toffees appearing ready to deal for him.
