Current Tottenham Hotspur head coach Antonio Conte feels that his work at Inter over the two seasons before this one speaks for itself.

Speaking in a press conference ahead of Tottenham’s Carabao Cup clash away to Chelsea, as reported by FCInterNews, the Italian tactician underlined the importance of the work that he did with the Nerazzurri.

Conte joined Inter in the summer of 2019 having already established a strong reputation for the jobs he had done in charge of Juventus, Italy, and Chelsea.

The coach guided Inter to second place in Serie A and a Europa League final in his first season in charge before winning the Scudetto in his second.

Conte returns to Stamford Bridge for the first time since leaving Chelsea as coach, and he believes that his work at the Nerazzurri proves that he is still at the top of the game, as does his ongoing project at Spurs.

“I think that with the position I’m in I don’t have anything to prove to anyone,” the coach stated. “I’m an experienced coach, and I’ve done important work with Inter and now Tottenham.”
