Inter CEO Beppe Marotta is already in talks about bringing in Sassuolo striker Gianluca Scamacca and midfielder Davide Frattesi during the summer transfer window.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInter1908, who report that the Nerazzurri executive is already working to bring the Neroverdi duo in next summer.

Scamacca has emerged as an attacking target for a number of major Italian clubs based on his form for Sassuolo over the first half of the campaign.

The Nerazzurri see the 22-year-old as having the right profile to replace Edin Dzeko leading the line, and they are already preparing for a swoop to sign the striker at the end of the season.

Meanwhile, midfielder Davide Frattesi has been a fixture in Sassuolo’s starting eleven this season, and the young midfielder has caught the eye of Inter as a midfield reinforcement for the coming seasons.

Marotta enjoys a good relationship with Neroverdi CEO Giovanni Carnevali, and is working to prepare the ground to move for both players.
