Inter President Steven Zhang is set to be in Milan sometime by the end of the weekend where he will attend to some important matters at the club.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the President could even arrive in Italy before the Nerazzurri’s Serie A clash with Lazio on Sunday.

Zhang has been in Los Angeles for the past few days, where among other matters he has been in talks with potential investors in the club.

He is set to wrap up his business in the US soon, however, and will promptly fly to Milan where among other things he will discuss with club directors the negotiations that he has had with US-based groups over possible investment in the club.

In addition, the President will speak with CEO Beppe Marotta and Sporting Director Piero Ausilio about the January transfer window, and especially about the plans for the summer transfer window.

Zhang’s priority has always been to be in Milan for the Nerazzurri’s Supercoppa Italiana clash with Juventus at the San Siro, and it now looks certain that this will be the case.
