Bologna midfielder Mattias Svnaberg has emerged as a possible target for Inter to provide more cover for Marcelo Brozovic, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported today by Calciomercato.com, Inter are starting to quite seriously think about a player who can provide backup to Marcelo Brozovic and perhaps become a replacement for the Croatian in the future.

AS Roma youngster Gonzalo Villar had been referenced many times in this discussion as he is out of favour at the Giallorossi.

A new name is in the mix as well though, and that is Swedish midfielder Mattias Svanberg. He should have featured against Inter on Thursday but Bologna were blocked from playing by the local health authority due to the level of Covid-19 cases in the squad.

Mattias Svanberg was born in 1999 and is expected to grow in stature during 2022 and start to realise his potential talent.
