Borussia Monchengladbach’s Ramy Bensebaini is enthusiastic about a move to Inter but his club are not keen on a loan deal, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by FCInternews, the Algerian left back is very keen on making the move to Inter but it does not look likely to happen in January.

Borussia Monchengladbach view Ramy Bensebaini as an important part of their squad and seeing as he is not out of contract until June 2023, it is not seen as profitable to send him to Inter on a dry loan deal.

That makes a move in January highly unlikely because Inter would not want to pay a high fee for a player that would be back up to Croatian winger Ivan Perisic, especially given there are other options available to Inter to fill that role.

If Inter are really keen on signing Ramy Bensebaini in January then they could try to engineer a loan deal with an option or obligation to buy him in the summer for an arranged fee.
