Fiorentina To Rival Inter & AC Milan For River Plate Striker Julian Alvarez, Italian Broadcaster Reports

Fiorentina are in the race for River Plate striker Julian Alvarez along with Inter, AC Milan, and a number of other major European clubs.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that La Viola are also determined to move for the 21-year-old, whose agent will be in Italy in the coming days.

Alvarez’s form with River has marked him out as a target for a number of clubs, with the Nerazzurri among the clubs with the keenest interest in the 21-year-old’s signature.

However, the list of clubs interested is growing longer, with Fiorentina also ready to try and sign him even after having all but secured the signing of Krysztof Piatek from Hertha Berlin this month.

The Nerazzurri will look to swoop for Alvarez should they be able to, but they look to have yet another major rival for his signature in the form of La Viola.
