Inter President Steven Zhang is in Milan, where he will have a busy schedule including meeting with players and staff, discussing transfers and renewals, attending matches, and reviewing the club finances.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who detail the President’s itinerary whilst in Italy.

Zhang arrived from the US yesterday, and he will not spend any time in self-isolation but rather will immediately resume his schedule.

Today, the President is set to make an appearance at the club’s training ground where he will meet with the players and coaching staff and congratulate them on their work so far this season.

Tomorrow Zhang is set to be at the San Siro for the Nerazzurri’s Serie A clash with Lazio, while he will also be in attendance for their Supercoppa Italiana match against Juventus on Wednesday.

Zhang will discuss the club’s finances with the directors in light of the expected refinancing of the bond to €400 million by the end of the month.

Meanwhile, he will also meet with directors about the plan for signings both during the January transfer window and in the summer, and work to get contract renewals wrapped up, particularly that of Marcelo Brozovic.

Zhang will be in Milan for a few days, but while he is there he is intending to get through a significant amount of work with the club.
