Young Inter-owned midfielder Lucien Agoume has found a pathway into the starting eleven at Brest on loan this season.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInter1908, who report that the Ligue 1 club have impressed the Nerazzurri with how they have given the 19-year-old room to develop.

Agoume spent last season on loan with newly-promoted Spezia in Serie A, but neither the Nerazzurri nor the player were happy with the eleven appearances that he was handed in the top flight.

The young Frenchman decided on Brest as a loan destination for this campaign, and the return to his home country has proved to be a better opportunity to develop within the senior game.

So far in the campaign, Agoume has played in just under half of all available minutes in Ligue 1, and the Nerazzurri feel that his growth is coming along well now that he has been given regular playing time.
