Toma Basic is set to start for Lazio in place of Luis Alberto in today’s Serie A clash with Inter, while Stefan Radu will take the place of the injured Francesco Acerbi in defense.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who include the duo in their predicted starting eleven for the Biancocelesti in this evening’s match.

Acerbi had to come off injured in the Biancocelesti’s clash with Empoli on Thursday and is not in the squad for this evening’s match, but he will be replaced by Radu.

Meanwhile, Lazio coach Maurizio Sarri looks set to give the start to Basic as he prioritizes solidity in midfield over Alberto’s creativity.

In attack, Mattia Zaccagni and Pedro are the two favourites to flank Ciro Immobile, with Felipe Anderson set for a start on the bench.

The Corriere’s complete predicted eleven for the match is as follows:

Lazio (4-3-3): Strakosha; Hysaj, Luiz Felipe, Radu, Marusic; Milinkovic-Savic, Cataldi, Basic; Pedro, Immobile, Zaccagni.
