Inter could look to let midfielder Stefano Sensi leave for Fiorentina in a player exchange with La Viola midfielder Gaetano Castrovilli.

This according to Italian news outlet L’Interista, who report that the Nerazzurri are considering the possibility of a swap between the two midfielders, though finding an agreement could be difficult.

Sensi has not found regular playing time this season due to a combination of injury and the wealth of options in midfield, and he could be on his way out as early as the January transfer window.

Fiorentina are among the clubs to have shown an interest in the 26-year-old, and the Nerazzurri are contemplating offering a swap for Castrovilli.

Significant work remains to be done should Inter wish to convince Fiorentina on a deal involving the two midfielders, however, and it remains to be seen whether the Nerazzurri would be able to find the right offer to unlock such a deal.
