Alexis Sanchez looks set to stay at Inter until at least the end of the season, and will not depart the club during the January transfer window.

This according to Italian news outlet Calciomercato.com, who report that there is little chance of the Chilean moving away from the Nerazzurri this month.

Sanchez had looked close to the exit door at points during the first half of the campaign, with the 33-year-old even posting an outburst on social media complaining about his lack of playing time.

However, as the first half of the season went on Sanchez grew in fitness and form and increasingly became a regular contributor in the team, especially in December.

Now, the Chilean looks to be a player who head coach Simone Inzaghi is completely prepared to rely on as an option in his squad across the second half of the season, while the player also appears happy, and there is little chance of a move.
