Inter are nearly over the finish line with getting Marcelo Brozovic’s contract extension wrapped up, but they still have a long way to go to renew Ivan Perisic’s deal.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Corriere della Sera, who report that Perisic is next on the agenda for the Nerazzurri but that it is far from certain that the club can find an agreement with him given the distance between the parties.
Inter have been in talks with Brozovic’s representatives for the past couple months, and this looks to have led to a successful conclusion, with the player all but ready to agree an extension to his deal which runs out at the end of June.
Perisic’s form has led the Nerazzurri to try and extend his contract beyond the end of June as well, although in his case the club will know that they are still far from any potential agreement.
